Notice for Awards, Prizes and Medal of the Alumni Association, Department of Botany, K.U. – Reunion 2026

Applications are hereby invited from eligible and successful candidates to claim the following Awards, Prizes, and Medal instituted by the Alumni Association of the Department of Botany, University of Kalyani, on the occasion of the Annual Reunion 2026.

Each application must be supported by relevant documents (such as Income Certificate, NET/SET/GATE qualification certificate, mark sheets, etc., wherever applicable).

Applications must reach the Alumni Association on or before 26th January 2026, either:

Please Note:

  1. As no reunion was held in 2025, the awards for that year remained pending. Therefore, awards for the last two years will be distributed in Reunion 2026.
  2. A student who has already passed M.Sc. but qualified NET/SET/GATE after Reunion 2024, while studying M.Sc., will also be eligible for the Prof. S. P. Sen Memorial Award.
  3. Previously, total marks were considered for evaluation. From this year onward, CGPA will be the determining criterion, as it is now widely adopted and accepted.
